• We offer preliminary agreements to our clients. This means we will do all the legwork – sourcing draftsmen, liaising with council or certifiers. All prior to contract stage. There is a small charge involved, but the client is not obligated to build with us. It simply provides an opportunity to have someone do the initial stages of the project for you, while deciding if you’ve chosen the right builder for you.

Home Maintenance

Yes we do maintenance as well. All buildings and structures will need attention and maintenance from time to time.
